MISSION AND GUIDELINES
The mission of the Robert Hollman Foundation is defined in its statutory objectives: "to safeguard general social interests by charitable means, in particular the safeguard of interests of the visually disabled and those with hearing and speaking impairments. The Foundation’s activities are directed above all to Italy".
In carrying out its activities, the Robert Hollman Foundation concentrates on advice and support for the development of visually impaired children.
The following guidelines determine furthermore the Foundation’s activities: independence and autonomy of managerial and economic policies, free services, pilot function, high professionalism, permanent education of the staff, training and education of local carers, cooperation with the academic world and other Italian and foreign institutes, making society aware of the problem of visual disability.
