The staff of the two Centres is constantly updated with a view to permanent education at both national and international levels.

The staff shares its skills with other professionals in order to create a useful network of knowledge and collaboration.
The Foundation offers its advice to operators in schools and rehabilitation structures, providing them with indications on specific programs for children with visual disabilities.

The Foundation organises training courses with specific themes linked with visual disabilities, addressed to professionals in this field, and also offers pre- and post-degree traineeships.

The Foundation is also involved in research strictly correlated with its specific objectives, in collaboration with national and international institutions.
